The Entrepreneur Warren Buffet is speaking with President Barrack Obama (2010)
Los Angeles (THE TOP INNOVATORS) -- This great nation has created a free enterprise system that enabled leadership to be obtained by the many. One notable leader in his own manner and time is the venerable investor Warren Buffet. Being the third richest man in the world, it is not hard for Warren to be seen as a great mentor amongst many new investors. His ability to “flourish financially and maintain a solid set of ethical ideals”(Investment Ethics) is what distinguishes him amongst his counterparts. The ethics such as maintaining a good reputation, promoting integrity, and showing a positive attitude is what has maintained his success throughout his years of business.
Warren Buffet always emphasized on keeping a righteous reputation in order to have a credible representation amongst society. The reputation of his company was something that Warren could not afford to lose since it will ultimately outlast money. During his time as an investor, he made sure his employees in the company Berkshire Hathaway always had integrity in mind when conducting business, especially when the “rationale of your associates is not justified through court or law”(pandodaily). He takes a great sense of consideration on the reflections of his employees because they are expected to show a positive attitude of the business. His ethics as an investor, father, and philanthropist would be a “foundation that can bring great success” (WealthLift) in society. Overall, it can be inferred that the “simplistic and frugal”(Vince Wong) Warren Buffet has created a unique role of ethics that is evident throughout his investments.
